Lunch Program: Immaculate Conception School is a closed campus. Crossing Guards will not be on duty during lunch. Students will be allowed the privilege of eating lunch at school and participating in outdoor lunch recess. Our Hot Lunch Program is provided by Food Service Professionals. Parents may not bring fast food lunches to students at school.

Here are a few facts to help you out with the system. You will received a monthly menu through your child, so they can choose their menu options.Milk may be ordered separately or with the hot lunch. Each student will have their own account that will act much like a debit account. Money can be deposited into their account for lunch and/or extra milk purchases. A 4-digit PIN number is issued for each student. Remind your child of what lunch choice they will be receiving daily. When your child receives lunch, they will enter their PIN number on a keypad and the appropriate amount will be deducted from their account. The program will allow for one lunch per day at full price, reduced price or free qualifying status. Second meals and extra milk can be purchased at the per item price regardless of eligibility. As a student’s account gets low, statements and/or an e-mail will be sent home to inform parents of low balances. To add money into your childs lunch account send us a check and note with your child's name, grade, and room number in care of HOT LUNCH. Credits owed you for child's absence will be added to your account.
