-As parents of an IC graduate, we would like to share some of our thoughts.

 

Our experience from pre-school thru eighth grade was absolutely wonderful.   As working parents, from day one my husband and I felt like the teachers and staff were extended family and we knew we were leaving our daughter in good hands.  As the years went on, it was clear that not only was she developing social skills and becoming confident, but she was also getting a solid education.

 

She was given the opportunity to join athletic teams, student government, altar servers and drama.  She took advantage of each and every one of these programs.  These experiences enabled her to become an optimistic, well-rounded, smart, and kind young woman.  Our daughter now has a solid foundation as she navigates her freshman year in high school.  In fact, in her speech for Freshman Student Council, she made the statement “ I love coming to school each day and want all of you to feel the same way”.  She walked into Freshman year, loving school.  Her time at IC instilled that in her.

 

Most important to us, were the friendships that she made.  We in turn developed friendships with the parents of her classmates that we now consider extended family and that will last a lifetime. ~Parents of 2023 Graduate
